Choice of Salad: Insalata Verdi, Insalata Caesar, or Insalata Katerina

Accompanied by our Gourmet Toasted Crostini Trio:
Goat Cheese and Sliced Figs in a simple syrup
Ricotta and Italian Mascarpone Cheese, fresh Mint and Diced Tomatoes
Green Olive Tapenade with Fresh Grated Pecorino Romano Cheese

Second Course

Chicken Parmigiana:
Our delicious, classic Chicken Parmigiana served over Spaghetti with our Marinara Sauce

Sicilian Meatloaf Marsala:
Katerina's Sicilian Meatloaf topped with our Mushroom and Marsala Wine Sauce, served with
Fettuccine

Baked Haddock Italian-Style:
Topped with fresh Red and Green Peppers, Sliced Onions, Garlic and Fresh Tomato Sauce,
finished with Mozzarella Cheese, served with our Lemon-Mascarpone Risotto and a Roasted
Vegetable Medley

Eggplant Rollantini:
Fresh Breaded Eggplant stuffed with Ricotta Cheese topped with Marinara Sauce, served with
Angel Hair Pasta and Steamed Asparagus

The Ernest Vegan:
Fresh Eggplant, Broccoli, Spinach, Portabella Mushrooms, Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Garlic,
